Hearts Over Hunger Donations

Screenshot (27)This past month, me and a couple other girls did an innovation project for our English class. We decided to do a bake sale! All month, we have been planning, baking, and selling baked goods for a soup kitchen called Someone Cares. It was no simple task, but in the end, it was a lot of fun and totally worth it.
In the beginning we were really confused on what we wanted to do. We spent about a week figuring out what would be the best for us. We really liked the idea of making a mural somewhere. So we talked to our teacher about it, and he said we need a approve or put it in a place where people honestly do not care.

So we moved on.

The Experience of Brawling

Screenshot (26)In the past week or so, me and a few other students read the classic book All Quiet On the Western Front. Half way through the book, four students would be given a question and have to answer said question. And while doing so, they basically have to persuade a majority of people as to why their opinion is correct. The audience can pitch in and yeah. It’s fun. Continue reading

Looking Into the Past

Ahhh….. blogs. They are fun to make. They are interesting to read. They are a wonderful source of spreading ideas, thoughts, insights, information, and pretty much anything else you can think of. They allow you to rant and it makes it socially acceptable. I truly love blogging. It’s a good way to release stress and get your mind off other things for a little while.
